Welcome to the AME registration desk. If you have any questions about registration or the conference program, please call. You can register over the phone by calling me at: 224.232.5980 ext 223 and I can register you and your team immediately. You can also fax me or email me the appropriate information (the same information required to register online). Registration online is simple and easy, just type in your information below, press send and you're officially registered. Once you have registered I will then call you to make the arrangements for payment and see if you have any specific needs that we need to take care of for you.

Full registration price is: $2,499.00 USD. Add 5% GST to the price.

Note: Each registration is also required to pay a $150.00 AME one year membership fee, which existing AME or CME members are not required to pay.

Register and pay before June 30, 2008 and you receive a 20% discount. Receive an additional 5% discount if you register a group of five or more.

Please Note: (1) a group of five or more must register together. (2) payment must be received at AME by June 30, 2008 to receive the discount. (3) all registrations must pay the Government of Canada's five percent Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Cancellation Policy:
Through September 1, 2008, prepaid registration fees will be refunded (less $300 administration charge). Substitutions may be made any time prior to the start of the conference.
