Sometimes things can become just a little too much. When that happens, you're not seeing the trees or the forest properly. Everything is overwhelming. That's when you need to Lean-up your workspace so that things can work better. This workshop can help you start that. Set up as a mini-kaizen event, attendees will work in teams using lean tools to rid a typical office and healthcare floor of the seven types of muda (waste). Attendees will have fun ridding their world of clutter, find things they have been looking for and learn about the tools, tips and processes that will help them sustain their Lean-up over the long term.
In this workshop:
- Hear why so many people are feeling overwhelmed.
- Find out about the Lean-up process.
- Learn about the tools, tips and processes you can use to help keep you organized.
