You won't fear obstacles if you can turn them into learning opportunities on your way to success. Improvement kata is a process that can help you do just that. In fact, improvement kata is as much about learning from your obstacles as it is about overcoming them. And kata is so useful that Toyota uses it as a part of what makes the company successful. Everyone can benefit from learning about kata, and this workshop will give you a chance to learn from four experienced Toyota Kata practioners.
In this workshop:
- Find out what we mean by improvement kata.
- Learn the fundamentals of improvement kata.
- Understand Toyoto Kata.
- See how improvement kata affects your company's culture.
- Implement improvement kata at your business.
