ShawCor's customers expect flawless, on-time and on-budget performance and the highest quality standards. That's why the company developed its ShawCor Manufacturing System, or SMS. Launched in 2006, SMS draws on the best elements of lean manufacturing, six sigma, world class manufacturing systems and ShawCor's own experience. While the company was already stable and profitable and had long term employees, SMS was introduced to make sure ShawCor remained a dominant player in its industry. It's an approach to excellence that you will hear about during this presentation.
