Lean Functional Teams
Leading through a functional team-based system
StandFast is a large corrugated box and display company. By using functional and cross-functional teams, the company has transformed its culture from a family-run business into a successful, professional, process-driven organization. During this tour, you will learn how StandFast uses 1) functional teams to implement and sustain lean tools, 2) cascading leadership, monthly team reviews and measurement to evaluate progress on process improvement and 3) personality profiling to assess how team members can best contribute. If you're interested in a team-based organization that gets results, StandFast is the tour for you.StandFast Group, LLC
