Why Lean? - Because We Never Stop Searching
Hearing the customer’s voice
Cancer Treatment Centers of America's (CTCA) lean initiatives have reduced waste in its surgery, clinics, infusion center, pharmacy, housekeeping, scheduling, laboratory and many more departments. CTCA did this by listening to its customer's voice, empowering its employees and using lean tools to drive out waste and focus on what is valuable to its patients and stakeholders.
During this tour, CTCA will tell you its customer-driven lean story, show you how it has greatly improved how they do things and let you witness how lean tools can benefit your business.
