Terms

AME adds a non-member surcharge of $150 per additional unnamed attendee. This amount will be refunded if registration is assigned to a member in good standing. Payment must be received by March 31, 2012 to receive special pricing. If payment is not received by due date, AME will reissue invoice at the price level being offered at that time.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations made during Conference Week 2011 may be cancelled by December 31, 2011 with a full refund. Cancellations received after that date until September 1, 2012 will be refunded less a $300 administrative fee. After September 1st, 2012 no refunds will be issued. Cancellations must be in writing to Veronica Ceaser, Conference Registrar and faxed to: 224-232-5563, emailed to: vceaser@ame.org or mailed to the AME office at the address above.

Note

On behalf of our host plants, AME may have to preclude some attendees from participating in plant tours due to the proprietary nature of some information presented. Attendees may be asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before participating in a plant tour.
